So, after this Kura was emptied out, what reveal was a problem. We saw many Kuras when we are looking for the house. And this was in a very good shape compared to many of them. But we found that have a termites damage. To be honest, my architect friend told me that have a trace of termites when I asked them to look the house with us before we sign anything. But I just liked this house so much that I thought it won’t be that bad if it looked this good. Like many human, I was a fool standing before the greater nature.

The biggest problem was the main beam on second floor that was falling a part. And one side of first floor looked bad. So we decided to peel the floor to see how is it under neath.

I will share my long journey to finally make this Kura to my safe and lovely studio space.
